  1. I have suffered social anxiety all my life until a few years ago, to the point that I never even went out at night in my twenties. The answer to improving mental health is looking into yourself, identifying your fears, and then exposing yourself to them little by little. In time you stop acting awkwardly in regards to your trigger whatever it may be, your looks, your weight, your hair color, your smile, your race, your social status, etc. I hope you guys are still faring well this 2021.

  2. Thanks for coming to Heartboard. It may not be the busiest board on the internet but there is some great information here. Kalip is great at finding very useful info. Tell us a little about yourself and maybe he can find something to help you. I remember when this board was hopping but like most boards full of sick people we have lost a lot. Drop in just so we know you are still around. As for me I have been here since day 1. I am 62 from Central Texas with a list full of medical problems. I just live day to day and keep on going. This place has helped bunches. Later.

  3. A Little Coffee Doesn’t Hurt and Might Help Reduce Your Cancer Risk If you’re a slave to your morning cup of coffee research shows that you don’t necessarily need to hang up the habit just yet. And the greater the difference, the more those risks climb. Experts said the findings give more support to something that's been advocated, but not commonly done by doctors and

This protective vitamin prevents calcium build-up in artery walls, improving cardiovascular health. Before taking a vitamin K supplement, first try including foods rich in the vitamin, like dark leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables. Although every vitamin and mineral confers benefits, vitamin K may be a particular standout when it comes to increasing longevity, new research suggests. A meta-analysis published in T

  8. No advice, but from me some empathy. As a mostly retired part time dog walker, I have very little contact with humans on a daily basis. I do try to keep up with my weight training and other exercise, just in case there might be life on the other side of this mess. I have my dog to keep me busy, as well as the other dogs for whom I take care. We have the beach, which changes daily, in terms of just watching nature, the waves, the seaweed or lack thereof, the pelicans, the dogs playing. I read books, and always have a few books which I have not yet read from which to choose whenever I finish one

  9. 5 Ways to Make 2021 Your Reset Year There seems to be a general feeling, heard from all sides, that the post-COVID world needs a reset. The pandemic imposed new and drastic stresses in people’s lives. The need to cooperate was brought into high relief, and the rise in areas like depression, anxiety, and domestic violence was symptomatic of a society pushed to its limits and beyond. No one escaped the negative effects of the pandemic, but was there a lesson to take away that can actually reset your life? For a moment, set aside the temptation to think that it only takes mass vaccinati
