As far as I know we don’t have a case of heart disease in the family but since I was a child I experienced situations that I think isn’t normal. Whenever I’m crying my whole body (starting from hands) becomes numb as if anesthetized and it’s hard for me to breath. Even at my age it is still happening to me. I’m afraid to see a doctor to have a full check up but when I tried iridology the physician said I have a weak heart; do you think guys its true?

While alternative medicine has it's place, I believe one should first start out with proven medical tests and exams. You only have one heart!
Good luck and let us know the outcome.

Denise..... I couldn’t agree with you more.
While alternative medicine may have its place
conventional Medicine is backed by years of clinical studies
before any medications or procedures are prescribed,
in addition all drugs have to have FDA approval before it hits the market.
The same cannot be said about alternative medicine.

Maryre,

Good for you. Get started and keep going at it. There are several forums here with helpful information there is truth about "an ounce of prevention".

Janhinji,

Count me in with the others here. The symptom you explained when crying could be as simple as hyperventilation or could be a lead to more serious problems. A good talk with your doctor is what's needed. Don't be of the mind set that I'll take care of it some day. Call you doctor now and get things started.

Improving heart health is a good thing, you can do it through the exercise, taking healthy diets and avoiding fatty foods.

Yes, I even tried yoga and meditation for overall wellness. My mother always told me that prevention is better than cure.
