For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that
you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
MISS MUFFET
Miss Muffet was a real girl who lived in England about 400 years ago. Her name was Patience, and her father was Dr. Thomas Muffet. He thought that swallowing spiders like pills would make sick people get better.

to paint a picture, write a letter
bake a cake, or plant a seed
ponder the difference between want and need.
Dust if you must, but there is not much time
with rivers to swim and mountains to climb
music to hear and books to read
friends to cherish and life to lead.
Dust if you must, but the world's out there
the sun in your eyes, the wind in your hair,
a flutter of snow, a shower of rain,
this day will not come round again.
Dust if you must, but bear in mind,
old age will come and it's not kind.
And when you go, as go you must
You, yourself, will make more dust!

Someone will always be prettier.
>
> They will always be smarter.
> Their house will be bigger.
> They will drive a better car.
> Their children will do better in school.
> Their husband will fix more things around the house.
> So let it go, and love you and your circumstances. Think
> about it.
>
> The prettiest woman in the world can have hell in her
> heart.
>
> And the most highly favoured woman at your job, may be
> unable to have children.
> And the richest woman you know -- she's got the car, the
> house, the clothes - might be lonely.
> So, love you. Love who you are right now. Tell yourself "I
> am too blessed to be stressed"

All I have is a voice
To undo the folded lie,
The romantic lie in the brain
Of the sensual man-in-the-street
And the lie of Authority
Whose buildings grope the sky:
Thre is no such thing as the State
And no one exists alone;
Hunger allows no choice
To the citizen or the police;
We must love one another or die.
A voice for the unfolded lie or die unless we love one another-powerful and I don't think he is just talking about a physical death.
Pensively, Charles
